A two-time Stanley Cup Champion and renowned Functional Medicine Physician, Dr. Tim Bain is a leader in neuromuscular therapy, proprioceptive rehabilitation, and functional movement for elite athletes. Since 2002, he has worked with professional and collegiate athletes across all major sports, using his trademarked RIGHT system to optimize performance and health. As Medical Director of Saddlebrook Sports Performance, Dr. Bain applies the same cutting-edge strategies to both athlete and family healthcare, addressing hormone balance, chronic conditions, and peak performance. He holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University, a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, and a B.S. in Biology from Manhattan College.

Aaron Bogosian
Human Performance Specialist
As the Human Performance Specialist for the Minnesota Wild, Aaron Bogosian plays a key role in scouting and player development, assessing draft-eligible athletes and enhancing mental performance within the organization. A former professional hockey player and U.S. Navy SEAL, Aaron brings a rare combination of elite athletic experience, leadership, and resilience to his work. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States, he is dedicated to helping athletes strengthen their mental game, maximize their potential, and contribute to a winning culture both on and off the ice.

Chris May
Director of Saddlebrook Sports Performance
As the Director of Sports Performance at Saddlebrook for the past nine years, Chris May has been instrumental in developing elite athletes across tennis, football, baseball, hockey, and golf. With over 15 years of professional training experience, he takes a scientific approach to performance, prioritizing athleticism as the foundation for sport-specific success. A former collegiate and professional football player, Chris holds a degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute certified, and a USAW Level 1 Coach.

Hockey Destiny/Skills Performance
Physical Therapist for Team Latvia in World Championship (2018 and 2021). Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica University, Nils blends his expertise in movement mechanics with years of experience coaching power skating at elite camps like Heartland Hockey Camp and Bob Hartley High Intensity Camp. His unique approach focuses on optimizing skating technique and biomechanics, ensuring athletes—from youth to professionals—unlock their full potential through proper movement foundations and motor learning strategies.
