Sign up for the skills sessions that i will focus on building from skating to stickhandling, from drills to game situation. It is a great insight and alternative to group session that I provide to players at the rink. I recommend any level players to join as I run this clinics on improving individual skills.

​As the Director of Sports Performance at Saddlebrook for the past nine years, Chris May has been instrumental in developing elite athletes across tennis, football, baseball, hockey, and golf. With over 15 years of professional training experience, he takes a scientific approach to performance, prioritizing athleticism as the foundation for sport-specific success. A former collegiate and professional football player, Chris holds a degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute certified, and a USAW Level 1 Coach.
